Singapore find ways to resolve current and possible future shortage. They have little land to plant and grow that's why they are thinking of what to do for the upcoming days

They have many people to feed. For now importation is the solution but they are finding ways to produce food locally.

The question is what if supplies from importation declines due to many reasons,?

1. Competition from other importing countries 2. Local food demand of the producing country. 3. Local food production input challenges and others which we have to see

Even if the cost to produce locally is high, they are finding ways.

The future may not be about the price, it maybe about availability.

For the Philippines, we have lands huge lands with color greens and other colors but waiting to be utilized and capitalized.

Its an issue of focus, priority, and attention.

Do we have to wait for the time to be expert on experience on shortage and further shortage, then we act with focus, priority and attention?

Or act right away while there is time.

Its a choice on the table.
